Return Policy
our ultimate goal is a happy customer! Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be returned for a cash refund within 7days from the original purchase date, and we will be happy to exchange the item or offer store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase date. The item must be accompanied by the original sales slip, and must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Closeout items, special orders, completed layaways, and modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable.
IMPORTANT: Please do not ship any package to Enhancery Jewelers without first obtaining a valid RA#, and insuring it for the total retail value. Please call (619) 282-3900 to obtain an RA #.

Layaways
Enhancery Jewelers offers a 90 day interest free layaway, with a minumum deposit of 25%, provided you make 3 additional monthly payments of at least one-fourth of the original balance. Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit only.
Special Orders
We regret that special orders are not returnable. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or alteredat the customer's request. Custom work is treated as a special order.
