We offer free written appraisals for insurance purposes on purchases from Enhancery Jewelers on each item valued at over $500. Appraisals are done by our GIA trained staff. Appraisals are also available by our GIA Graduate Gemologist, Kathleen White, for items not purchased from us on a fee per item basis.
Custom Design:
Has an item in your jewelry box has gone out of style or you simply want to try something new? Bring it to us. If you have inherited valuable jewelry but the design is not your taste, we can recreate it to reflect your personal style. We'll work with your specifications to create something fresh and exciting.
Jewelry Repair and Resizing:
Our jewelers are trained in countless aspects of jewelry repair and resizing. We can repair rings, earrings, pendants, chains and pins with a laser welder. Setting stones in their original setting or a new style can be done. We repair platinum, gold and sterling silver.
Watch Repair and Batteries:
Watches purchased from Enhancery Jewelers come with free battery replacement and band adjustment for life. Watch battery replacement, pin replacement and band adjustment or replacements are done on the premises. Please note that waterproof watches can have the batteries replaced. However, breaking the seal will mean the watch is no longer waterproof without being professionally resealed and water tested. This will require leaving the watch for 3-5 days. Our trained watchmakers can completely refurbish your timepiece. Most work requires one to two weeks. Our watchmakers are certified for Rolex and other fine timepiece repairs.
Pearl and Bead Stringing:
We are able to take care of all your needs for pearl and bead stringing as well as clasp replacement or repair.
Free Jewelry Cleaning and Inspection:
We offer free cleaning of your jewelry. This also includes inspecting your mountings for possible wear. We recommend you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected every three to six months.

Wish Lists With a wish list on file, your friends and family will know exactly what you are hoping to receive. Enhancery Jewelers maintains free wish lists for our customers. We encourage you to help us keep a record of everything you like and your finger sizes. Please make sure you update your list as our styles and your tastes change.
